Chief Medical Officer Advances To The Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who

As Chief Medical Officer for DaSilva Institute of Antiaging & Functional Medicine, as well as throughout his incredible 24 years in the field, Dr. DaSilva has consistently displayed the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

The DaSilva Institute is a medical practice which focuses on a natural approach to restoring optimal health. Instead of looking at an individual's symptoms, the doctor uncovers and addresses the root cause of the underlying problem. They are a gateway to next generation medical science for their patients. They provide a wide variety of services including bioidentical hormone balancing, advanced endocrinology, biomedical therapeutics, integrative cancer therapies and intravenous nutrition.

The goal of the DaSilva Institute is to break free of the conventional or reactive approach of using drugs or surgeries to mask health related issues. Guy DaSilva MD has been practicing and studying various fields of medicine since 1974. During his educational career, he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry. Dr. DaSilva then entered NYU Dental School, followed by Medical School where he graduated with honors in 1986. He went on to pursue six-years of post-graduate training in a variety of medical specialties including Internal Medicine, Anatomical, Surgical and Clinical Pathology, Hematology & Hematopathology and Molecular Diagnostic Medicine.

In December 2007, Dr. DaSilva went back to school to complete a two-year fellowship in Antiaging, Regenerative & Functional Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Anti Aging and Regenerative Medicine, American College for Advancement of Medicine and the Institute of Functional Medicine. Dr. DaSilva is currently pursuing a Masters in Science in Metabolic Medical Nutrition at the University of South Florida's School of Medicine, College of Biotechnology.
