AbrahamSohn Group Makes Generous Donation to Cancer Charity

HONG KONG, HK, November 16, 2010 /Cancer PR News/ -- Recently at a festive fundraiser party and silent auction at the Emperor's Ballroom in Hong Kong, AbrahamSohn co-founder and Executive Vice President Simon Patterson presented Kowloon-based charity Cancer Options with a donation check of one hundred and fifteen thousand dollars ($115,000).
"We are thrilled to be able to make this donation," stated Simon as he presented the check to Cancer Options Executive Director Sarah Lee Wang. "Your organization was right there with me when I was going through my treatment and you have helped so many others in amazing ways." Simon, a cancer survivor himself, recalled how representatives from the organization were by his side during his treatment battle. It was a heartwarming moment to see Sarah's reaction when the check was presented. "They had no idea of the amount," he said. "It was my time to give back."
The Kowloon-based charity educates patients on treatment options, advocates informed patient choice, and promotes public awareness regarding cancer risk reduction. They offer emotional, physical, and even monetary support, to people diagnosed with cancer.
