Three lucky contestants from across the United States were selected from nearly one hundred entrants. The winners were chosen by a panel of five (5) judges. Each contestant was required to write a detailed description and send pictures that documented their hair loss. Alopecia, Cancer and Trichotillomania were a few of the documented medically related reasons for hair loss for some of the contestants.
